Applications must be submitted on the Ministry's website (Online Registration), approximately between January 20 and February 10, 2026.


While waiting for registration to open, you can pre-register.



Pre-registrations are valid until January 24th. They must be confirmed with registration by this deadline, or priority will be lost.
